The CEO’s strengths and weaknesses as a leader were evaluated. Working with the executive, Heidel and Associates developed an action plan to help him acquire new skills and to communicate more effectively. We provided coaching throughout the process to help him make those changes successfully. He has access to on-going counseling and leadership coaching when he feels he needs it.
