As an experienced business leader and trained psychiatrist, Stephen Heidel, along with his team of associates blend their management experience and clinical skills to help you address the performance issues and stressful conditions that arise in all corporate environments. In addition to Stephen Heidel’s clinical and management skills, his associates are specialists in executive assessment and coaching, team building, executive recruiting and outplacement services.
The backbone of our businesses services are Senior Management Consultations. We assess and counsel executives when concerns arise that question their style or ability to address a specific business problem.
In conducting our Family Business Consultations we understand that there is often no separating love and logic when relatives work together. We help our clients navigate the interplay between work and family dynamics.
Our High Risk/High Conflict Consultations are part of our clinical practice. We consult with management to determine how to handle a crisis or an employee’s unusual behavior.
When an employee appears unable to perform their job in an acceptable manner, we perform, as part of our clinical services, Fitness for Duty exams, to assess if an employee is able to perform all the duties of their job in a safe manner.
